With a background in investment banking and strategy consulting, Reed focuses on all aspects of Devon Properties, including business operations, strategic planning, organizational structure and company growth, in addition to managing relationships with many of Devon’s traditional and institutional clients.

Dave joined Devon Properties as a partner in 2010 and has over 20 years of real estate industry experience, having earned the reputation as a leader in British Columbia’s property management and real estate services industries in addition to previously serving as a Board Member to LandlordBC. With a background in commercial banking and real estate development, Dave maintains a strong relationship with key stakeholders throughout the industry and provides strategic direction on Devon Properties’ business operations, manages client relationships and leads Devon Properties’ commercial property management and brokerage services.

Erin joined Devon Properties in 2025 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing over 15 years of experience in finance and accounting within the real estate industry. In her role as CFO, Erin will be responsible for overseeing the financial and accounting operations across Devon’s residential and commercial property portfolio. She will work closely with our leadership team to ensure the delivery of accurate and insightful financial reporting that drives both client success and business growth.
Recently serving as Vice President of Accounting at Wesgroup Properties, she played a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy and streamlining organizational processes. With extensive leadership experience at large-scale real estate companies, Erin offers a wealth of expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and operational leadership. She is committed to supporting the company’s strategic objectives, achieving new milestones, and preparing for the future.

Kim oversees a portfolio of over 70 properties across Vancouver Island predominantly covering our institutional clients. She ensures to maintain and deliver a high quality of service and timely turnover of marketable rental suites. Kim also focuses on implementing property management coverage plans that drive occupancy and revenue growth throughout her managed portfolio.

Caroline oversees a portfolio of over 98 multifamily properties throughout Greater Victoria and has been an instrumental part of Devon Properties’ team for more than 22 years. The recipient of the 2018 CFAA Property Manager of the Year Award, Caroline is naturally client-focused and committed to building strong industry relationships. She liaises with property owners and works closely with executives regarding all property operations, including staffing and tenant relationships.

Lisa oversees Devon Properties’ Okanagan portfolio, building managers and tenants. She ensures all the established business, operational and financial performance goals are met for each of our different clients’ needs within markets such as Kelowna, Vernon and Penticton. Lisa thrives on creating positive tenant relationships and giving owners peace of mind that their properties are well taken care of.

Katherine is an instrumental member of the Devon Properties family, managing the tenant experience for over 14 years. She facilitates and leads the administrative processing of a high volume of tenant applications and residential tenancy agreements, as well as the supporting tenant documents for over 250 properties.
“My role is to make sure prospective tenants experience a straightforward rental application process,” she says. “I provide guidance every step of the way, from the application and approval processes, to the final signing of the tenancy agreement.”

Shannon acts as the primary liaison and company representative between Devon Properties and its institutional property owners. She oversees and coordinates building acquisitions, facilitates the flow of information from building staff and across various departments, and focuses on improving internal reporting processes. For Shannon, the best part of her job is working closely with co-workers: “ I love helping and finding ways to improve day to day functions – making the day better for everyone.”

Claudio joined Devon Properties in 2022 and is responsible for all financial and accounting operations, as well as the Human Resources and IT departments. A Chartered Professional Accountant, with more than 30 years of accomplishment and experience in both private and public companies, he provides strategic management of the accounting, finance, and administration functions for our clients as well as directs internal accounting policies, procedures, and accuracy controls.
He leads and manages a large team of individuals and explains: “I am passionate about building a strong, dynamic, team driven, and collaborative culture for my staff. This environment allows us to always be focused on the principles of integrity, honesty, and respect when working both with our clients and our team members”.

Kim is responsible for Devon Properties’ full cycle accounting process and preparing accurate and timely monthly financial statement packages for our clients. Overseeing a staff of over 15 accounting professionals, Kim provides training and guidance to optimize our growing accounting team’s skill sets.
Kim focuses on identifying and resolving any client issues and ensuring the accuracy of our financial reporting process, saying: “I thrive in identifying areas of inefficiency and enjoy problem solving and actively finding solutions for our clients and my team.”

Elana ensures the smooth on-boarding and transition of new properties to Devon Properties’ managed portfolio. She implements and monitors our property management software and online payment platform for our clients and residents, providing professional assistance and support as issues arise. Elana also ensures the appropriate internal controls and procedures are documented and implemented for accounts receivable, troubleshooting as needed.
Elana explains: “I like to discover and implement new processes with the goal of finding better internal efficiency for the company.”

Kim oversees Devon Properties’ human resources department and leads our recruitment efforts, ensuring a welcome onboarding experience for new team members. With over 20 years of human resources experience, Kim serves as a liaison for employees, assists the executive team with special projects, represents and strengthens our corporate culture, and ensures a rewarding employment experience for all employees.
Kim says, “As a growing company, all employees have a unique opportunity to grow and develop new skills, take ownership over their work with the autonomy to drive change, regardless of their role. Although our team has grown, the Devon culture is very much still about fostering personal relationships and allowing for direct communication with clients and key stakeholders, and I love being a part of that!”

Emily leads Devon Properties’ consulting and advisory platform, presenting clients with market data and analytics to support their new multifamily development project planning. Emily has a diverse real estate background, having spent more than 10 years in the industry, with experience ranging from real estate asset management, commercial real estate brokerage, municipal government development services and property appraisal.
Emily says, “Each project is unique and requires a custom approach. I love guiding our clients through critical thinking and driving value for their new development investments.”

Rachel works closely with property owners to develop strong branding concepts for new development projects, effectively positioning them in the market and helping them progress to the pre-launch phase of leasing. In addition, Rachel actively supports creating and monitoring social media content, email marketing campaigns and monthly digital marketing performance reporting.
“The best part of my role is providing innovative ideas and strategies across brand positioning and content production to attract the right tenants for our properties,” she says. “I also enjoy developing and implementing dynamic resident engagement initiatives.”
